complete reset

my account was hacked. my music deleted and replaced with much that I find unlikeable, I was able to recover and change pass word , delete the hackers one friend and multiple play lists. but when I go to start adding songs of my own choosing I find my library is still populated with the hackers trash how can I reset or remove it all.

Check your email address is correct (not been altered by someone else) in your profile page, and fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs, since they have the ability to roll back an account to a previous state. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you. 🙂

I was able to get rid of everything by deleting album by album
