email address changed and password recovery

Hi, I am new to the community, I had set up a account few years ago with spotify using my ex-companies email id. I need help to change the email address and change the password. I am unable to log in to my account. I have also forgotten the password. Awaiting help, Thank You.

I left the organisation so the email address is deleted, I only have the Account ID

Because you cannot access the email or password you may need to contact spotify support to see if they can help you with this.
