My Question or Issue

i made my private account to a family account and create 3  slots for my mom and sisters. The Account became upgraded at 2. March 2019. Everything worked until yesterday the 20. March 2019. My family need to answer where they live. They recomended with the right adress witch i use in the account upgrade but they get kicked out. Problem with the verification and they get an free account again. In my account menu the three slots from them are deleted.

Anyone know what to do?
