forgot password

I managed to forget my password. And I also forgot the password for the email address(yahoo) that I used when I created my account. How do I log in? Can my password be reset or sent to another email? I can't get Yahoo to reset my password right now.

If you forget your password Spotify will send help to the email that you signed up with. Since you cannot access that email then I would contact them and explain the situation here: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-password/?utm_source=support&utm_medium=...

Make sure when you fill that out that you use an email that you can get into to receive a response.

That didn't work because it says that the email I'm using invalid. If I can't use the account that I already have how do I get them to stop billing me?

Unfortunately your request really does need to go to the contact team since some personal details will be needed to verify ownership.

To bump your case in the system so you get a reply as soon as possible, can you reply directly to that automated email reply (just with your original message again) even if it is from no-reply and someone will get back to you in the near future. 😉

I am in my account, and cannot change my password, as I do not remember my old password.   I know my email address and my

username for my account.  How do I get an email sent to me asking me to reset my password?

To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.

I have changed many times my password when I have ordered an e-mail link to do it. I know my e-mail address and I'm sure which password I've written. Anyway I get all the time information; incorrect username or password. I just bought a premium. For nothing?
