about a month ago i changed my spotify premium account to a spotify family account. but now spotify charges me twice a month (once 15 euros and once 10 euros). i didnt pay the 10 euros and now all the accounts on my family account arent premium anymore and my own account is blocked. help?

Your account may be blocked because of a fraud attempt. Since I cannot look into your account, i recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
