iOS app don't recognize my premium account, can't use it

iOS app don't recognize my premium account, can't use it

I used spotify on iOS during the trial without any issues. After my trial ended, I have upgraded to Premium through web interface and on my account settings I can see my account is now Premium. However, on iOS, it still gives me "you need to be premium" error and can't play music on iOS. I have waited two days to see if it fixes itself, also uninstalled and installed again, no luck. 

 

What can be the problem?

Are you sure you are logging in using the same details on your iOS app as you do to login to your premium on your online account

Its amazingly easy to have two completely seperate accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another using your Facebook details.

Thanks for the reply Peter. Yes, I am sure using the same account both on mobile and desktop. I have installed Spotify on my iPad and after entering my username and password, it told me that my trial is ended, even though I have upgraded to Premium and I can see my account status is Premium on web interface. 

Can you try reinstallating the application and see if that makes any difference?
