I am coming here with what looks like an ongoing issue for you guys.
I was trying to sign up for College Student Discount. After putting in my information for payment (should NOT have been first) I found out that my college was not listed and I could not get the discount. My bank account was charged 4.99 and I do not have premium. This kind of crap happens alot. I demand a refund, because there have been a lot of issues involving your service. I know you guys are still working out kinks, but really? This stuff takes like 5-20 minutes to fix. Really. Just do it. I could have bought all the music I listen to ( or more like dont get to listen to) because of this kinda crap. Stop It. I am paying right now, and It wont let me cancel because I am not premium, yet I am being charged 4.99 a month for College Discount, Yet I am not getting Premium AT ALL! Please Give me MY money back. This is utter bull. Stop this, Fix yourselves, really its extremely unprofessional.

i have the same issue !!!!! gave my card info to see if i qualified for the student discount , said i didnt qualify ! premium dosent work yet still got charged for it !!!!! this is bull !!!!!! i want my money back or give me my premium subscription !!!!!!!!
Well thats ironic, because I did the same thing you told us would work, however they just redirected me back to the community, saying that my probelm could be fixed here and well it looks like theres nothing I can do.
