paid but no premium

I've put in my card info and got the free trail but still get ads and limited skips. I've logged out and logged in and reinstalled but still the same. Love the service would like some help

i have the same problem and it's really agrivating me!

To all of you 3 users I'd recommend you contact Spotify and specify your account details please, they should get in touch with you and help you solve your issue. Sorry for this incovenience. Please let me know if your issue is solved.
