password not working

I've reset my password as my password wasnt working (was fine and worked on my phone and iPad), now I can get to the web player but the app says incorrect user/pass????

It's odd that your password works in the Web Player, but not in the Spotify app and there can be different reasons why you're seeing this error message.

To start, make sure you're entering the correct credentials and test logging in either with your username or email address and password.

If it's still not working, it's worth giving Spotify a clean reinstall just in case, as corrupted cache can cause different performance issues. You can check the steps here.

Additionally, let us know if you're currently able to log in to the app on another device.

Getting same issues - web player works and can reset password and log in again from there, but the iPad app does not accept old or new password after resetting.

What model iPad is affected? Or is it more than one? Make sure that it covers the minimum requirements, because if it doesn't, this is what's causing the error.

If it does cover the requirements, then could you let us know what error you're getting exactly? Make sure you've tried the clean reinstall and that your app is on the latest version as suggested by @Ivelina.
