payment done, account not upgraded

payment done, account not upgraded

Some weeks earier, I tried sign to upgrade to Premium and completed all payment requirements. Then I recive msgs that "i have already done the free trial with that credit card", making impossible to go Premium.

 

So today I recived my credit extract that has the 1,99 Spotify debited day July 15th.

 

"21/JULY - ECOMMERCE*SPOTIFYCOM SANTANA DE PA - BR - R$ - 1,99"

 

That's how it is described on the cred bill.

 

I want help to know if the payment debit makes me a premium user or I can't and it will be canceled and refund?

You can check if you have a premium subscription here

 

if you have a premium subscription and have not recieved premium benefits try logging out and back into the spotify app

 

if that does not work use this guide to help you troubleshoot

thanks for the reply but I see many people posting, since 2012 til date, on the guide post, that they were charged and getting no Premium update.

I saw that I was unable to do de premium for 1,99 for 3 months, when I completed the credit card information, and "paid" then this information was showed.

Then I receive the a bill charge, 1,99 by Spotify. But my account shows "free" and not "premium".

So, I'm trying to know how I was charged, even not be eligible? And if it was done right, why I'm not premium?

Have you tried logging out and back in?

 

If that doesmt work please try a  clean reinstallation

Yes. I have. And I'm not saying that I use the app system. All I have done was using the web site where we can find all informations up to date.

 

So, my problem is not and app or log in issue, it's that I was eligible to get the 1,99 promotion, and sunddenly I was charged tax as I saw my cred card extract.

 

I don't know that this "forum" is a "normal people" communiy or that it has Spotify emploeeys that can check out that data information, and answer man what happened.

 

I'm not trying to fix a problem, or make it work. I want to know what happened.

The 1.99 that was debited from your account is a payment for premium, if this payment was sent then you now have a premium account 🙂
