payment problem

payment problem

every time I try to register the card to make payment service, an error message that says:.. "your card or payment provider are having a bad day do not worry, it is not loaded any payment try again or use another method of payment. "
I have already tried different cards but still has the same error.
You know someone that is?

Hi Robert_fv. This is an issue that I've seen pop up for users from time to time. First, please make sure that your form of payment meets all of these requirements. If it does, and you're still having trouble, you can either try using a different method of payment, like PayPal or gift cards, or if that's not to your liking, I would then recommend getting in touch with support. This can be done by either reaching out to @SpotifyCares on twitter; messaging support on Facebook; or through this contact form. If it's been more than 48 hours without a response, reply to the e-mail you received confirming they got your message (if you used the contact form), or, if you messaged them through Twitter or Facebook, shoot them another message there.

A mi tambien me aparece el mismo error en spotify, pero el mayor problema es que si me hizo el cargo en la tarjeta, ahi como procede?
