premium not working....

premium not working....

hello, I just payed my fee for a 3 month suscrption, got charged by my bank and the account is not working, still appears as free. what should I do?

Hey @hectomedinazsfWelcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, we'd recommend making sure you're logged into your Premium account. You can check here if you have a secondary account.

 

If you're logging in the right account, could you try reinstalling the app? Here's how.

Same happened to me. My account briefly said it was Premium, but then reverted back to free.

 

The transaction is logged in Paypal.

 

My credit card company did send a message stating that the charge was possibly suspicious, but they took no action.

I reinstalled and it did not work. I am using the Spotify app for Mac OS on High Sierra. Please advise.
