premium stop working

A month ago my spotify premium stopped working , so I introduced again my credit card , but a message appeared that the payment could not be performed
but I 'm checking my email and it saids that the payment was made twice, soo if the payment was made why I do not have my spotify premium, hope somebody can help me please

Okay here is what i recommond you should do

1. Make sure you check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
2. Sign out of the app Then sign back in
3. if those still do not work. Check your email and sign in with the username on that receipt.

It didnt work, because its my dad credit card and he doesnt have and spotify account, i had the premium account since february and last month stop working
