hi, i have had spotify free thru psn for about a year but was upgraded to premium this month.  would like refund as i dont believe i have used service beyond normal but please cancel

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
