resetting password error message

When i try to reset my password and i enter my email it says email not found/no account and then when i try again it bring up an error message. i keep geting emails from spotify on this email that im trying to get the password reset. how can i get my passowrd reset after hgetting this error message and spotify has yet to respon to my messages on twitter and support. please and thanks!

When you contact support, you did so through this form? If not, try that form, and if yes, did you get an automated reply from them telling you to visit these forums? If you did, make sure you reply back to it, even if it came from a no-reply address, and they should get back to you in 24-48 hours.

thanks for responding!! yes i submitted it from that form and fot the quick reply message about those ideas and couldnt really do anything cbecuase i couldnt get on my account and thats why im trying to reset it so i had to make this account so i can find help from someone. ill reply to that email and hopefully get a response. Thanks dude!
