special presale code from spotify is incorrect

I was sent an email this morning from spotify, saying a band is coming to my town and they gave me a code so i can use to get the tickets early. the artist is Rufus Du Sol playing in Miami on May 11th. Can anyone help me figure out why the presale code i was given for a show is not working? im afraid i wont be able to get the tickets on time and the show will sell out because of this issue.

Spotify doesn’t handle purchasing for presale ticket offers, so it’s best to contact the companies responsible.

The email you received about the offer should include a link to the correct ticketing company.

They can help with: 

• Code issues. 
• Shipping/Delivery questions. 
• Cancellation/refunds.
