My account has been stolen and I cannot log in it. I contacted a spotify assistant bot that told me to create a new account and then gave me a reference number that I have to provide them so that they can help me gain access to my old stolen account. But now i don’t know how to contact them again and where do I have to put that number... please help me

I would instead put in your username/email/phone number, whichever you used to sign up and click "forgot password". That'll send a reset email to you. That should do the trick! 

 

PS: good rule of thumb is to turn on 2FA 😉

Follow the steps in this Spotify Article if you've lost access to your account.

 

If you've received a case number from the assistant bot, this means the case was sent to the customer support team, who'll help you further.

The problem is not that I can’t get access in my new account, because I
can. The problem is that I’ve created the new account because a bot
assistant told me to do it and then told me to log in to new account and
while logged in contact them again and give them the provide number that
the bot gave me. So that they can help me gain access to my old account.
But I don’t know where Do I have to contact them
