vodafone connecting issue to premium

vodafone connecting issue to premium

Hi, I have signed up to the vodafone red package and no matter how hard I try it will not let me connect to my spotify account (I have cancelled my normal premium but no luck), vodafone are no help....I keep getting the same message, we could not connect at this time...try later....

Help's arived. Just to check, are you still having the same issue? 

 

If so, is your account still on the Premium tier? Keep in mind you'll have to wait until your current subscription expires to activate the Vodafone offer. If your account is already on Free, our Accounts team can take a closer look.
