Add support for Google ChromeCast

I paid for premiun service but everytime i try to download a song it always say "Go to Setting to download using cellular data". That feature is always on my settings. Been searching the net with people having this same problem. Followe their instructions and still the same. I already uninstalled ans re-installed the app 4x now and i checked the storage of my phone still have a lot of space. I have data connection. I just don't know what to do anymore. I was able to download song before on my phone but now i can't.
