All downloaded playlists at top (Atrix 2)

Atrix 2 running ICS.

In the Spotify mobile app, on the Playlists screen, ALL my downloaded playlists are listed at the top under a "Downloaded" header, in some fashion that looks basically random. All my neatly organized folders and such are at the bottom. Is there a way to collapse the Downloaded menu? It's a bit annoying having to scroll through all my individually listed playlists when I've been given the ability to organize them better.
