My Question or Issue
I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

This is also happening to be. The solution suggested does not work, maybe it did before but not anymore.
I think the reason is geolocation. I have three devices: work laptop, personal desktop and phone. Because of VPN the geolocation of each device says I'm on three different cities within the same country, and Spotify only works in my work laptop (it uses work VPN and has my correct geolocation)
This issue happened before, and I fixed it by changing the VPN to the same country that my Spotify account is set to, which is where I live. But since a couple of days it does not work anymore, something must have changed on Spotify server side.
@Yodan @OscarDC please reconsider removing this issue as solved, as you can see in the comments the solution provided is not really the solution.

Atill have this issue. Think the mods are dumb. Making a new acc doesnt fix it for me. Just used browser. 😕
It would be appropriate to remove the "solved" tag because this is clearly not solved for anyone in this thread. It's very misleading and unprofessional

So the new account lasted about an hour. Didn't even play any music. And it's now broken too.
I can confirm this isn't strictly geolocation related as I don't use any VPN.
Think I'll be going back to MP3s at this rate.

Still i have the same issue on Android, no playlist. On IPhone, Tv with Android and Laptop with Windows i can listen.
So what is the issue, what are you doing there guys?
3 days since i cannot listen, installed, reinstalled, deleted cache, details, nothing worked.
How can this be a good practice or image for Spotify in the world?

It is still not working for me neither (in France). All the playlists (even my liked musics) shows as empty and I can't play any music... It's the same since Monday....
The issue where it wouldn't even log me in seems fixed. I was able to login again. But still the same issue where I can't play any music except for music locally on my phone. Android/Germany
Im not gonna pay for something that does not work. Please fix your app

So turns out i wasnt the only one that started experiencing this...
Seriously Spotify, get your sh*t together and fix your damn servers. I wanted to listen to music, but nah, when attempting to play liked songs, or any song - it auto pauses and quits music player (spotify lite). Checked out the normal Spotify, but this time it doesnt even show songs
Im glad that i stopped paying for this **bleep** years ago, at this point its better to just convert to .mp3 and be done with this sh*t
And of course it works just fine on pc - disappointing...

I'm having the same problem as everyone else here with having tried all recommended solutions. Something I noticed was I changed my account "nickname" months ago but it is now showing the original name that it was changed from. Correlation? Anyone else with this problem change nicknames?
You could just convert youtube songs to mp3 and listen offline - saves battery, data and sounds better (since you dont depend on internet to stream)
