I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

My Question or Issue
the spotify on my laptop is just fine, but the app on my phone is different. Both are linked to the same account but on my phone the songs on my playlist are gone. I noticed its disappearing gradually so i panicked and checked on my laptop but everything is still there.
I try fixing from my laptop by creating another playlist with the exact same songs the playlist showed up on the phone but not the songs.
I try searching songs on my phone but A LOT of them "couldn't find" even searching the artist directly it "couldn't find" taylor swift?? I tried uninstall and reinstalling the app and deleting the cache and data still nothing. What is happening here?

Only creating new account helped. Terrible solution. Everything even logging out from all session did not saved original account.
The only solution for now is to search Google for "Spotify 90.48.380 original" and download that for now until they fix the issue. Can confirm all playlists are showing and that version is working as it should.
Yeah, it's the same thing on my end too, and I'm on an A15. Not sure what's going on, tbh, and it's annoying

Can you try having a clean reinstall of the app? Make sure to download the app from the official source for your phone (App Store, Google Play...). This should probably solve your issue.

K so downloading an older version of spotify seemed to fix it but after uninstalling it and reinstalling the original version of Spotify it just broke AGAIN. So I tried reinstalling the old version and now it won't work, brilliant. Hope a fix is released soon, this is frustrating.

A clean reinstall did not help, but after clearing app data it did. Unfortunately, yesterday this bug came back and I tried reinstalling the app multiple times, while also clearing app data and cache, Spotify just does not show a single song on the entire platform. I can't find any song. I also included two screenshots of my playlist of an artist and the search of the artist himself.

We did a clean reainstall and try to download the oficial app from the știre(Google store in my case). The problem still persist.
The app randomly started working properly today, but it is absolutely not related to the country mismatch. I didn't change anything. The app just randomly decides whether to show or not to show my library. It just randomly changes. Is it only for the free plan? Like gaslighting to buy premium? Can we trust that it will work properly on Premium? Why pay?
I would say its not ios only but also android...

I can't use Spotify at all after the last update, I tried to do a clean reinstall, see where my account is located in case it's not my country, I tried all the things you mentioned in a topic talking about this bug.
This isn't an issue for one device but for more people that you think.
Did you have some ideas of how do we solve this bug ?(sorry for my language but it blocked me like 4 days)
I was thinking of a bug with the api of Spotify. Maybe, for smartphones, packets transmissions doesn't work as desktop works. This is what I theorize.
By the way, I hope that my topic will be taken seriously, if I made some mistake about thinking that it's a bug, tell me.

UPDATE :
This bug seems to be linked to accounts and not the app from play store, it can be a hint for an investigation
The issue seems to be fixed now, just clear cache and data and uninstall the app and go to playstore and reinstall it, and all playlists and functionality are restored
