Ever since I've started using Android Auto my phone has been reporting two separate now playing notifications. If I click play on the second notification it plays whatever song is on the first. It's like it's a glitched notification. Whenever I clear it, it just comes back when I use Spotify again. The second notification isn't reflecting what android auto was last playing either. I've tried logging out and back into Spotify as well is reinstalling the app and neither has worked.
