Could you let us know if the issue persists after running a clean reinstall on your device? This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations.

If afterwards the issue persists, could you share the exact Spotify and OS version you see displayed on your device?

I will when I finish moving and get WiFi as I have 3Gb of downloaded music that I don't want to lose.
