App doesnt respond....Cannot open or play cds..

I have a Preimiuem plan

Im in the Usa My Device is an LG Stylo 2. Android is the Operating System

My issue is that whern i search for an artist, and see the catalog, once i find an album i wanna hear, It will not open up to play it, I have to rig it, and add it to the queue, But is not really what I want, cus then i have to skip around the queue in order to just hear one cd... If this cannot be fixed, i may just wanna cancel. Here is what happens when i select an albulm to play... I have tried Unistalling and reinstalling... Nothing has worked... It does not go past the stuck screen...
