I'm not certain this belongs here, but I'll try it. I'm gonna post it in mobile too, since that could be the issue. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S7, btw.

The volume control (adjusting it for your environment) is greyed out for me as of the last few days. I was able to use it for...idk, ever since it appeared, or close atleast. I have looked on google but no relatively easy results have popped up yet, so I took action, as it's been rather irritating in some situations.

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. 🙂
