BMW Connected Integration

BMW spotify integration with idrive was removed last summer.

I'm currently running an  old version of spotify to keep it working, which i fear will eventually stop working.

Any plans to bring bmw integration back, or even why it was removed in the first place?

I have voted on the idea to bring it back but it's all gone quiet since last August.
