BV9600 issue with drop down menu

Hey everyone.

I have an issue with my bv9600. Everytime i open the drop down menu, the app crushes. 

I have already uninstalled and restalled it and i already locked the app on the Memory Sand box.

Just to confirm, do you mean the three-dot menu next to songs, albums, etc? If so, could you specify in what context this occurs (songs, albums, playlists, artists profiles)?

Yeah i mean the three dot menù.

The crash starts Everytime i try to open the menu, i can't do any of the usual actions of the menù as are artist, out in queque or i. Favorite etc etc.

The app works well when i search Song by Song  but as i Sand Everytime i open the three dot menù the app crash.

I dont know if the problem Is from the OS or the app.

Hi Peter, Sorry to bother you, there are any solutions with this problem?
Two months have passed and still no news.
The app Is unusable in this way.
