[Bug] [Podcast] 15 seconds rewind broken on first item

My Question or Issue

I noticed that the "Rewind 15 seconds" feature on Android doesn't work if the podcast I'm currently playing is at the beginning of the list/queue. This behaviour (disabling skip back) makes sense if this was music, where the it's disabled as there isn't anything to skip to. However, in podcasts the skip backwards doesn't go to the previous track, it just goes back 15 seconds so the button shouldn't be disabled even if there aren't any tracks before this.

Every time I'm playing a podcast that happens to be the most recent one or at the beginning of a list I end up having to create a custom playlist and putting it in the 2nd position so the rewind feature works. Please fix this!
