Bug -- song playing bar disappears on Android

You know, the bar at the bottom where you tap to make the song go full screen? Sometimes it is there, sometimes it is not. I have not found any logic to it as of yet.

Today I observed this problem also for the first time. I forced the Spotify app to stop. After a restart the bar at the bottom was back again.
