Can't Download Spotify App?!

First of all, I can't find the Spotify app on my Xaomi Smartphone (all new and fully updated version) at Google Play. When I try to download it via Chrome browser it says that the app isn't available in my country/area or it says that this unit isn't compatible with this version. I also tried to download the app via computer but I still get the same answer? Didn't have any problem to download or find the app with previous phones. Help!!
