Can't access and material design

Hello, i use and love Spotify on my smartphone Android (Nexus 5) but with last upgrade can't login to my account if i use WiFi (no problem instead with LTE). The application claim that i am offline but it's not true because i use other smartphone Android and the issue is the same. Could you resolve please?
Another request: when you will update the application at the complete material design's standard? The layout is good but in my opinion it could be better with the new standard if this is adopted completely. Thanks for the attention and excuse me for the bad english!

Agreed. I don't "hate" the current design. But I more "material" one would be more attractive to Android users.

Indeed! However, last day i install the new upgrade but the problem is again here. I not use Facebook, i have an account Spotify and when i login with username and password in WiFi, can't access.
