Can't log in android

All of a sudden the phone android version is not working (S8 running latest Android version)

Log in works fine on the computer, but on the phone it just says logging in for a half of a second and then snaps back to log in screen with the username and PW still there, but no error message or anything. 

I have tried 2 reboots and uninstall/reinstall 3X without a solution.

Appreciate any help you can offer .

Additional data to help diagnose...the log-in works for a different user on my phone so the problem is with my account.  Who do I contact to get this resolved?

I am having the exact same problem. I type in my correct information (which I can use to log on using a computer, but not the app on my Android phone), and then the "logging in" button changes to "log in" and even though I keep hitting the log in button, it snaps back and won't let me in. 

I have tried:

-resetting my password

-logging in with my email instead

-clearing cache and data

-uninstalling the app and reinstalling it

nothing is working!!! ****The problem must be with my account because other people can access their accounts from my app!!*****

Yes, exactly the same.  Hopefully someone from the support/help team will address this thread.
