Cannot find Spotify Connect devices

The latest stable version of Spotify client for Android does not see my AV receiver anymore. It can see other Spotify clients for Android though.

It works fine with older versions of the client, so I think there might a bug.

I have two Android devices with Spotify client installed - my phone with the latest version of the client and my tablet with an older version. I have to use my tablet to initiate playback via the AV receiver because my phone does not show the device in the devices list. Once the playback is started, the AV receiver suddenly appears in the devices list of my phone.

The AV receeiver is Harman Kardon AVR 161S, my phone is Android 4.4.4, my tablet is Android 5.0.1, all the devices are within the same local network.
