You can't do this on android but it can be done using the desktop client on a PC as follows.
- Open the Spotify desktop app.
- Click on the arrow (
) in the top-right corner, and select Settings. - Under Social, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK.
- Click CONNECT TO FACEBOOK.
- Enter your new Facebook details and click Log In.
