Continuous Offline Problems

Continuous Offline Problems

Whenever I attempt to go offline it states I must connect to 3G etc, to download. I'll then connect when possible and the entire file downloads again. I attempt to go offline and the process begins over again. I am a frustrated premium member....any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most problems can be fixed by reinstalling the app.

 

Can you try reinstalling the Spotify app?

 

Does that make things any better?

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

Try also with a new SD card or reformatting it.
Beware that reformatting it you will lose all SD card content: music, pictures, video, app data, apps on SD...
