Downloaded albums

Why do I keep losing my downloaded albums? This has happened several times and is really starting to get to me! The albums are still there, however I need to download every single one AGAIN! Not all data is lost as it never happens with my downloaded playlists!

I'm having the same problem. To elobrate more, when I turn off the "Download using cellular data" it erases everything I just downloaded. Or if I turn off the "Download" tab in my song library, I lose everything. Very upsetting about this. Cost me a lot of data. Ive been recommending Spotify to everyone. Then this...

It's happened to me a few times and if it keeps going I'm swinging back to Deezer! Had Deezer for a few years without even a hiccup.
