Downloading music on android

My Question or Issue

 So I bought premium and I uploaded a bunch of my downloaded music and its all showed up, I put it all into a playlist but when I try to download the songs it doesn't do anything. I tried turning on app permissions. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried completely getting rid of all the songs and doing it again but nothing worked. I can't even play the songs off of my phone at all they just don't play. but when I go to Spotify on the computer the songs work fine, can someone help?

Can you follow the steps here and tell me at which step you are having a problem. Also please be sure that your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. Hope it works.
