Equalizer on Android gone

Hey all,

Since the last update (maybe, but I can't guarantee, in any case, it's recent), the equalizer option is gone from the settings, I can't find it anywhere.

Spotify version: 8.4.66.733 armV7

Android version: 8.1.0 (OxygenOS 5.1.9)

Phone model: OnePlus 6

Has anyone been experiencing this?

I am on the exact same version and am able to see the equalizer in the settings. Can you reboot or reinstall? I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Nope, same issue:

- Rebooted, didn't work

- Clear cache and data -> reboot (nope)

- Clean reinstall -> reboot (nope)
