False payment failed screen after switch to duo

False payment failed screen after switch to duo

After switching over to duo from premium with my partner as the paying account holder. I always get the "Payment Failed" screen when opening the app on Android but I can back out of it and use the app just fine. Is there any way to reset that? Thanks

It's not possible for us mods to check the accounts of our users, that's why we think the best way to go here is to contact our Customer Support team.
