Garbled Music Why?

I just moved a few songs from my PC to my phone (one at a time of course) and they all have very weird sounds. Skipping and repeating and weird noises that sound like huge water drops. Idk why this is happening, as all of my other music still works.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 with CyanogenMod 12 running android 5.1 in case this helps. I've tried screwing around in the dev options and that solved nothing. Pls help!!!1!!!1!
