How do I unsubscribe from a playlist?

I accidentally subscribed to a playlist.. how on earth do I unsubscribe??  I can't see any options or details on how to do this.  The mobile app is extremely frustrating to use!

Try holding down over the playlist, and a menu should appear. There should be an unsubscribe option there.

The option finally showed up under the "Settings" button... it crashed or hung every other time I tried to get in there on my galaxy S2, but on an S3 I was able to get the menu to load.
