How to delete from phone

How do I delete from phone, or even just cancel the premium upgrade? Somehow it upgraded (it went through ten different things telling me to do this and that) so I probably missed the part where I upgraded. I don't have 10 dollars a month to blow on music that is free. How do I fix this?
