I have recently purchased an Octa Core 16GB Android Tablet PC (PolaTab), mainly for another purpose, but decided to install Spotify Free, which I also have (problem free) on my other 2 devices.
When it downloads, itonly seems to go to 88% and then goes to install. When it is opened, I find I can use the search button and there appears to be no music content, although all the 'buttons' are there. I can press the play button, but there is no movement showing the progress of the piece and, of course, no sound.
Can anyone advise me whether this tablet is compatible with Spotify Free. I have installed and uninstalled many times now with no change. I'm not upset about this - just would like to know one way or another so I don't waste anymore time on this.
Thanking You,
Can you try a complletely clean install again, but this time follow the guide linked in my signature which detaikls certain folders to check are removed as well as a reboot.
What screen size is your tablet? Please see the thread Subscription Comparison Chart for a comparison of the different subscription levels Spotify offer.
