My Question or Issue

The app says that I can't activate the mobile download on my mobile because this in not possible device, how do I fix this?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

First up, it'd be really helpful if you let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far. If you haven't, we recommend starting by clearing the cache of the app. Once done, restart the app and try downloading your music again. 

 

If that doesn't help, then it's best way to go will be to clean reinstall the app with these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but reinstalling will delete any downloads you previously had. 

 

If issues persist, please send us a screenshot of this behavior once you start downloading the music, along with the exact Spotify version you have running.

 

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
