So I have a whole live album that I have imported to my desktop app, and it sees everything and everything plays fine on my desktop app. But when I go to play 2 songs on my mobile app(Galaxy S8) it plays the studio versions of those songs. I have tried re installing the mobile app, re syncing everything, taking the local files off and putting them back on my desktop app. Not sure what else to do since it's only 2 songs that don't play correctly out of 18 total.

You need to change the songs' metadata so they can't be matched to music in spotify's database.

Search for "mp3 tag editor" in your preferred search engine.
Is there anything specifically I would need to change? Not really sure what I would have to change, don't want to mess anything up with the file.
Changing both the artist name and song title ( you cand just add a prefix such as xx in both fields) should work.
