'Your Library' no longer available after restarting Huawei P10.

Hi,Every time I have to restart my Huawei P10 the Spotify playlists and albums I have added for offline use are no longer available and must be downloaded again. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a solution? Thanks in advance.

Remove "Devices Available" from the song currently playing
