My Question or Issue

Imported local files on my PC, adding the files to a play list, and downloaded the playlist. Except the files cannot be played as expected: the two songs I tested with cannot be played on phone, I can still "play" them, but the song timer stops and will not increase. Playing it on PC works perfectly fine, just not on Phone. Browsed through many old threads and none of them seems to solve my issue, tried turning off Firewall, make sure both client are updated, tried moving my files out and then in again, etc. just none of them works.

Just to confirm, did you follow these steps when you synced them?

 

We also suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
