Part question, part suggestion.

Is there anyway that a 3rd party app could view my local/saved Spotify content in a "file directory" style view.

I've come across a few situations where, if i'm going through bluetooth in a car, i still need to look at my phone to move from Artist A to Artist B for example. If I had a USB stick stuffed full of music plugged in, then i can browse various folders in that no problem... but i dont have access to such a thing as i pay for all of my music via Spotfiy.

I understsand the restrictions are probably based around file protection/encryption to stop data being copied away from the device... but is there a way this could be made possible?
