Music Downloading

I am not able to Download Music and store it on an SD card

My Question or Issue

 I cannot Download music to listen to offline on my SD card

Hey @RixhKing_X, welcome to the community. 

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try following these steps in order: 

1. Delete cache and all data in the app on your phone.
2. Uninstall the app
3. Use a computer to manage your account with a browser 
4. Navigate to your 'offline devices' and delete all listed devices from
   the list.
5. Install the app back onto your phone, and log back in.
